This system cools and heats our bedroom perfectly. It took a few days to understand all the settings on the remote, but once we did, it's been great. The turbo mode cools the room down incredibly fast after a hot day. Only complaint is the outdoor unit is slightly louder than expected, but still reasonable at 52 dB.
