Had everything we needed in the box. The flexible duct piece was really helpful for getting around a corner. Took about an hour to install and the result is night and day. No more ugly pipes on the wall.
Bought this along with our 12K wall mount. The PVC feels solid and the beige color actually looks decent as-is against our light-colored wall. The couplings click together securely. Great product.
The cover kit itself is great quality and looks professional. Just make sure you measure your run carefully and plan your cuts before you start. We had to trim a couple of the straight pieces but it was easy with a regular saw. Painted it to match our brick and it looks awesome.
