The outdoor unit is factory pre-charged with R454B (pre-charged) refrigerant, accommodating refrigerant line lengths of up to 25 ft. per circuit. If using a lineset that exceeds this length, additional refrigerant will need to be charged into the system during installation. This model can only be purchased with the 25 ft. lineset option. If needing a different length, please purchase additional linesets here.

Installing two units in our open plan office - one for the main work area and one in the conference room. The 360° airflow keeps everyone comfortable no matter where they sit. Having independent control lets us cool down the conference room when the big meetings are happening. Plus the units look super professional.
We've got one air handler over the dining area and one over the bar. Both zones stay perfectly comfortable thanks to independent control. What I really love is the super quiet operation - guests can have real conversations without the constant hum of the heating or air conditioning. Plus the ceiling mount is way more classy than wall units.
Our architect recommended ceiling cassettes for our new home and we're really glad we went that route. Two zones gives us independent control over the living area and master suite. This 4 way airflow has totally eliminated the hot and cold spots we used to have with our old system. Plus the units are super clean and perform great.
We've got both units up and running and they've been working beautifully. They're quiet, efficient, and the even air distribution is much better than wall units. Just a heads up - you'll need to have enough ceiling space (about 12") for installation. We love having independent control for each zone.
