This bracket is really well built — the galvanized steel feels heavy duty and the foldable design made it easy to get into position. Holds our 12K outdoor unit rock solid with zero vibration. Great value for the price.
Bought this along with our 18K wall mount system. The adjustable backstops are a nice touch and the vibration dampeners actually work. Our condenser is dead quiet on the wall now. Hardware included was complete — didnt need anything extra.
We were worried about mounting our outdoor unit on the wall but this bracket handles it with ease. The 550 lb rating gave us plenty of confidence. Installation took about 30 minutes with two people. Very happy with the quality.
Bracket itself is great quality and the price is right. Just make sure you use a level when mounting — once the anchors are in the wall you dont want to redo them. The foldable design is clever and the white finish looks clean against our siding.
