The outdoor unit is factory pre-charged with R454b (pre-charged) refrigerant, accommodating refrigerant line lengths of up to 25 ft. per circuit. If using a lineset that exceeds this length, additional refrigerant will need to be charged into the system during installation. This model can only be purchased with the 25 ft. lineset option. If needing a different length, please purchase additional linesets here.

As a small business owner I needed something that looked professional but didnt break the bank. This ceiling cassette delivers on both counts. Installation was manageable with the pre-charged lineset. Our conference room stays comfy year-round.
The unit works beautifully - super quiet and efficient. Just one thing to watch out for - you really do need a proper drop ceiling or be prepared to do some ceiling work - we had to do some ourselves which added to installation time, but the end result is worth it. The air distribution is noticeably better than wall units.
