3-day shipping to most areas

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on weekdays ship the same day and typically arrive within 3 business days to most U.S. locations.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST Monday–Thursday ship same day

Friday orders

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on Friday ship same day. After 12:00 PM ships Monday

Weekend orders

Orders placed Saturday–Sunday ship Monday and add 2 additional days to delivery time

Important: Weekend orders add 2 days to the standard 3-day delivery timeline. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday and typically arrive by Friday.

Damaged or missing items

While rare, shipping damage can occur. Here's what to do if you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment:

  • 1.Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery
  • 2.Take photos of any damage to packaging or contents
  • 3.Contact us within 48 hours at support@zone-air.com
  • 4.We'll arrange for replacement parts or a new system at no charge
