Zone manufactures and sells DIY ductless mini-split HVAC systems, linesets, and related accessories. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue products at any time
• Modify product specifications and features

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website:

• Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees

Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

DIY Installation Disclaimer

Our products are designed for DIY installation. However:

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Electrical work may require a licensed electrician depending on local laws
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation
• Following our installation guides and instructions is essential for proper operation and warranty coverage
• You assume all risks associated with DIY installation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Zone SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
