Warranty Scope
This warranty covers Zone Air mini-split heat pump systems purchased through zone-air.com or authorized resellers, installed in residential settings within the United States.

Warranty Begin Date
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. If proof of purchase is not available, the begin date will be determined by serial number and manufacturing date. The warranty begin date is not affected by installation date, but you must register within 90 days of purchase.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts may be new or remanufactured at Zone Air's discretion. They are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Zone Air ships replacement parts to the registered owner at no charge.
Labor & Additional Costs
This warranty covers replacement parts only. The owner is responsible for labor costs, return shipping of defective parts if requested, equipment access costs, electrical work, and refrigerant recharge (unless the leak is from a factory-sealed connection).
Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address. The warranty is void if the product is resold, transferred, or moved.

Diagnosis
Our team will troubleshoot remotely. We may request photos or videos of the issue.
Resolution
If covered, we ship replacement parts free. In rare cases, a full unit replacement may be authorized.
Required Documentation
Limitation of Liability
Zone Air's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or part. Zone Air shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Your Rights Under State Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Effective for all Zone Air products purchased on or after January 1, 2025.
