Installed this in my 600 sq ft home office and it's been amazing. Super quiet on low settings - I can barely hear it during video calls. The heating works great even when it's below zero outside. We live in Vermont and were skeptical about heat pumps for our climate, but this unit has exceeded our expectations. It kept our bedroom comfortable even during the -10°F cold snap last winter. The sleep mode is fantastic - it gradually adjusts the temperature overnight. The dehumidification feature is also a huge plus during humid summers.

The build quality is excellent, the premium compressor is reliable, and the 24 SEER rating means significant energy savings for my customers. The one-press detachment feature makes servicing much easier than other brands.
This system cools and heats our bedroom perfectly. It took a few days to understand all the settings on the remote, but once we did, it's been great. The turbo mode cools the room down incredibly fast after a hot day. Only complaint is the outdoor unit is slightly louder than expected, but still reasonable at 52 dB.
Got a nice rebate from our utility company thanks to the Energy Star and NEEP certifications. The unit has been running for 4 months now and our electric bill is actually lower than before, even though we're using it daily. The ECO mode is very effective, and I love being able to set the 24-hour timer from my phone through the remote.
