The outdoor unit is factory pre-charged with R454b (pre-charged) refrigerant, accommodating refrigerant line lengths of up to 25 ft. per circuit. If using a lineset that exceeds this length, additional refrigerant will need to be charged into the system during installation. This model can only be purchased with the 25 ft. lineset option. If needing a different length, please purchase additional linesets here.

I installed this 12K BTU Wall Mount in my 600 sq ft home office and its been amazing. Super quiet on low settings - I didn't even know it was on during a video call. The heating works great even when its below zero outside. Installation was pretty easy with the pre-charged line set. My power bills have gone down noticeably since chucking the old window unit. Plus its just nice to be able to plug it into a standard 115V outlet.
We live in Vermont and were a bit skeptical about heat pumps, but this unit has really blown our expectations out of the water. It kept our bedroom warm even during that -10°F cold snap last winter. The sleep mode is fantastic - it gradually adjusts the temperature overnight and the dehumidification feature is a total lifesaver during humid summers.
As an HVAC contractor I've installed dozens of mini-split brands and this one from Zone Air really holds its own. The build quality is top notch, the premium compressor is reliable and that 23 SEER2 rating means our customers are going to see a big cut in their energy bills. Plus the one-press detachment feature makes servicing a breeze.
This system cools and heats our bedroom perfectly. Took a few days to get used to all the features on the remote, but now we're happy as clams. Its really a top-notch unit, though we do wish the price was a bit lower. The turbo mode cools the room down incredibly fast after a hot day. The only thing that's not quite up to expectations is that the outdoor unit is a bit louder than we bargained for, but still pretty reasonable at 52 dB.
We just got a nice rebate from our utility company thanks to the Energy Star and NEEP certifications. The unit has been kicking around for 4 months now and - even though we're using it daily - our electric bill is actually lower than it was before. The ECO mode is pretty effective and I also love being able to set the 24-hour timer on my phone from the remote.
