The outdoor unit is factory pre-charged with R454b (pre-charged) refrigerant, accommodating refrigerant line lengths of up to 25 ft. per circuit. If using a lineset that exceeds this length, additional refrigerant will need to be charged into the system during installation. This model can only be purchased with the 25 ft. lineset option. If needing a different length, please purchase additional linesets here.

This 12K concealed unit supplies our master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. We installed it in the attic with short ducts to each space. It's super quiet so we sleep great. Plus the hidden installation is worth every penny.
Our architect specified concealed for our minimalist home and this 12K unit handles our living space beautifully. We were able to dial in perfect airflow with the adjustable static pressure. No visible equipment - just comfortable air through nice clean diffusers.
Retrofitting HVAC into our 1920s bungalow was a real challenge without messing with the original look. This concealed unit installed in a closet with ducts in the attic did the trick. The original plaster ceilings are untouched except for the two small grilles.
The unit performs flawlessly - super quiet, super efficient, totally invisible. Just be aware that installation required a bit more planning than your average wall unit - you need space in the ceiling for ducts and access for service. We hired an HVAC consultant for the design which was money well spent.
