Important
The outdoor unit is factory pre-charged with R454b (pre-charged) refrigerant, accommodating refrigerant line lengths of up to 25 ft. per circuit. If using a lineset that exceeds this length, additional refrigerant will need to be charged into the system during installation. This model can only be purchased with the 25 ft. lineset option. If needing a different length, please purchase additional linesets here.

What electrical work is needed?
This unit requires a dedicated 208-230V circuit. If you don’t already have a 230V outlet near the outdoor unit location, you may need an electrician to run one.
What if 16 ft of lineset isn't enough?
You can add a 9 ft extension (up to 25 ft total) right from this page for $99. The extension is also pre-charged — no additional refrigerant handling needed.
Does this unit heat and cool?
Yes! This is a heat pump system that provides both heating and cooling year-round. It can heat effectively down to Works to -13°F outdoor temperature and cool in temperatures up to 122°F.
What warranty is included?
