Zone Air Contractor Program Terms

Version 2026-1. Effective from launch for the 2026 program year. Rates are published again each January.

Who the program is for

The program is for businesses that install mini split systems for their own customers: HVAC contractors, general contractors, remodelers, builders, and property managers with their own crews. Zone Air reviews every application by hand and may approve or decline at its discretion.

What you get

Approved members get contractor pricing on every order from the date of approval. The pricing schedule steps down as your qualifying purchases add up, by calendar year or by the size of a single order, and is shown in your account after approval. Members are told the schedule for each program year in January. Approved members may also receive a welcome offer on their first qualifying order. The offer and its conditions are shown in your account after approval. One welcome order per business. The contractor discount does not combine with promo codes. A pricing step you earn in a year carries through the following year.

What counts

Qualifying purchases are what you paid after the contractor discount and before tax and shipping, on orders placed after approval. Refunded and cancelled orders do not count. The count runs by calendar year and resets on January 1.

No reselling

Systems bought through the program must be installed by your own crew at a property you service, including your own properties. Reselling systems, listing them for sale, or buying on behalf of someone who is not your customer is not allowed. Zone Air may ask for a job address or an installation photo on any order. A violation closes the account.

Accounts

One account per business. Sign in is by email link. Keep your email address current; Zone Air can change it for you on request.

Changes

Program rates are published for each calendar year. This is the program's first year and Zone Air will adjust it as we learn. Zone Air may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; changes apply to purchases after the notice date.
